Sergio is a skilled Panel Beater and PDR expert, with six years of experience in panel beating and two years specialising in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). He completed his apprenticeship with J&D Quality Smash Repairs, where he developed his trade skills and learned the craftsmanship of quality vehicle repair under the guidance and mentorship of our experienced senior technicians and Director.

Having built his career with J&D, Sergio has developed strong technical knowledge across collision repair, panel beating, PDR and hail damage repair. He also has specialist expertise in glue pulling, an advanced PDR technique used to repair dents while preserving the vehicle’s original paint finish.

Sergio’s progression from apprentice to experienced tradesperson reflects the craftsmanship, technical standards and attention to detail developed through years of hands-on training and mentoring at J&D Quality Smash Repairs.
