Alejandro is the Operations Manager at J&D Quality Smash Repairs, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry. Since joining J&D in late 2021, he has become an integral part of the business, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop and supporting the efficient delivery of repairs from initial assessment through to completion.
With strong operational capability, technical knowledge and leadership skills, Alejandro is focused on maintaining productivity, repair quality and workflow efficiency across the business. He works closely with the workshop team, providing direction and ensuring operational standards and repair processes are consistently maintained.
Alejandro also has extensive experience working with insurance companies and managing the claims process, allowing him to confidently guide customers through their repairs while ensuring communication with insurers is handled efficiently and professionally.
His combination of technical expertise, operational leadership and customer focus plays an important role in maintaining J&D’s high standards while supporting the continued growth and performance of the business.
