About The Role

J&D Quality Smash Repairs is an Australian owned family business founded in 1996 specialising in Automotive Smash Repairs. We pride ourselves to be a leader in the Brisbane smash repairs market, using the latest repairs techniques and technology. Our multidisciplinary team are craftsmen in their trade!

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our leadership team on a full-time capacity.
Reporting to the business Director, as the Automotive Estimator you will Accurately quote vehicle damages in a timely manner and in accordance with repair cost targets and insurance company procedures. As well as liaising with our skilled panel and paint technicians to ensure that every job is taken care with the utmost care. We are all about quality repairs!

  • Communicate with customers and insurers.
  • Negotiating and ordering parts with selected suppliers according to the timelines
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure a high-quality repair is completed and meets the customers’ requirements.
  • Liaise with our customers and resolves customer issues and complaints.
  • Planning, organisation, scheduling, and allocation of all aspects of work in our Panel & Paint division
  • In liaison with car detailing division, to run final checks for all jobs completed to ensure repairs are up to quality standards.

Full time – $80,000 – $90,000 per year
