Ryan began his career with J&D Quality Smash Repairs in 2019 through school-based work experience, initially joining our team as a Car Detailer. His interest in the automotive industry and commitment to developing his skills led him to undertake an apprenticeship in Automotive Refinishing Technology, specialising as a Spray Painter.

Having now been part of J&D for more than six years, Ryan has developed his skills and craftsmanship under the guidance and mentorship of our experienced tradespeople and senior Paint Shop team. His journey from school-based work experience to a qualified tradesperson demonstrates his commitment, loyalty and willingness to learn and grow within the business.

In 2026, Ryan became a certified IGL Coatings applicator, further expanding his technical capabilities and knowledge of advanced automotive coating and vehicle protection systems.

Ryan brings strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality refinishing work, reflecting the standards and craftsmanship of J&D Quality Smash Repairs.
